The project is entering its key phase of construction.  The foundation reinforcement is complete and concrete pour is scheduled for next week (02/10).  Erection of the wind turbine will begin on 20/10; the concrete allowable cure time may be shortened subject to satisfactory strength testing of sample cubes.  Grid connection cable works are due to begin next week (29/09) for completion by 31/10, and in time for turbine energisation from early November.  The start of commissioning remains scheduled for early November.
